Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Engineer

Summary:
- 5 years relevant experience in Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Engineer work.
- Focuses on designing and developing mechanical equipment and tools for use in manufacturing processes including Researching production equipment solutions and developing new or modifying existing equipment designs Designing, developing, and implementing mechanical equipment and tools (e.g., machinery, machine attachments, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, etc.)
- Overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and associated processes to optimize utilization, uptime, and production yield.
- May liaise with and conduct training for the Technology Transfer and Production Groups on new equipment and associated processes. On Senior level applies advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires ?5 years relevant experience).
- Responsibilities may include Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.
- Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
