Job Description

Our client is a $15B+ global technology company looking to expand its HR leadership team in Custer County, Nebraska by adding a senior manager with recent manufacturing experience.

If selected for hire, our client may offer relocation assistance to qualified candidates.

In this role, a typical day would be as follows:

  • Developing and implementing Human Resources strategies aligned with business objectives and HR global strategy.
  • Leading talent acquisition strategy and implementation in a manufacturing environment
  • Managing employee engagement
  • Managing safety initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance to EEOC requirements.
  • Counseling management to effectively resolve performance corrective action and/or disciplinary issues.

Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree required, graduate degree preferred
  • Manufacturing experience
  • 5 years in HR leadership, at least 3 in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion successfully
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish strongly preferred
