About the role:

We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join the Peppr Team! In this role, you will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for enhancing customer experiences, capable of seamlessly bridging the gap between restaurant staff and our product development team. You should have a passion for hands-on support, an ability to gather and relay critical feedback, and a talent for fostering collaboration across diverse teams. With a focus on driving seamless product implementations and continuous improvements, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of Peppr s products.


Responsibilities:


On-Site Support:

  • Visit various restaurant locations to provide on-site operational support.
  • Act as restaurant staff's primary point of contact for operational needs and concerns.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of product updates and new features.

Needs Collection:

  • Engage with restaurant staff to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Collect detailed feedback and requirements from on-site teams.
  • Document and communicate these needs to the product development team.

Tracking and Follow-Up:

  • Track the progress of collected requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain a detailed log of all on-site visits, issues identified, and actions taken.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on the status of operational needs and resolutions.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, customer support, and restaurant management.
  • Assist in the prioritization of operational needs based on impact and urgency.
  • Facilitate communication between on-site staff and internal teams to ensure alignment and understanding.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training to restaurant staff on new product features and updates.
  • Develop and distribute support materials to assist staff in using new tools and processes effectively.


Basic requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in product operations
  • 1+ years of experience in project management and implementation of POS or SaaS solutions, preferably in the restaurant industry sector, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and support
  • Written and spoken fluency in English


Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, industry trends, and technology advancements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented, result-driven with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to continuously and quickly learn the new functionalities of our ever-evolving product
  • The ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is a plus!
