Water Operations Dispatch/Office Clerk


Job Details

Specific Duties and Responsibility:

  • Performing daily record over Downtime, Throughput, and Whistles
  • Monitoring and tracking attendance for Water Operations Employees
  • Answering and making phone calls and using the radio (Displaying proper radio etiquette)
  • Creating and posting schedules for Water Operations Team Members
  • Tracking downtime and maintenance issues on a computer
  • Extensive inter-departmental communication
  • Communicating and recording ride throughput every hour

Job Requirements:

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Maintain an extremely flexible work schedule (Minimum 4 shift week Monday - Thursday)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced level of computer proficiency (Word, Excel and Access)
  • Must be a quick learner, organized, and can multi-task
  • Maintains a professional and guest first image at all times
  • Displays a fairly extensive park knowledge
