Position Summary
The position will serve as the Office/Clerical Lead and primary point of contact for units within the College of Veterinary Medicine Dean s and Associate Dean s for Research and Faculty and Graduate Affairs Offices. Operational duties will include greeting visitors to the suite; management of the front desk services, telephone lines, mail Dean and Associate Dean; providing back up support to the Suite s other assistants; and providing other office support within the two offices as needed, e.g., Faculty Affairs,

publication, Bulldog Support Network. Because this position works with a variety of stakeholders and manages multiple projects, an exceptional degree of professionalism and confidentiality is expected.
