We are working with a prestigious law firm, actively seeking a Bookkeeper to join the team in their Annapolis, MD office.
The ideal candidate will have experience with legal billing, Excel and MS office software also. This person will be responsible for generating monthly invoices to clients, managing AR, paying firm vendors, balancing and reconciling accounts, producing all monthly, year-end reports and special reports, end of quarter and assist with front of house/administrative operations as needed. Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and attention to detail are a must.
- Compensation: $55,000-60,000
