Job Title: UAS Nurse
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of UAS experience
- Must live in New York
- Most hold a valid NYS Drives License
Duties/Responsibilities:
Conducts telephonic and virtual home assessments for prospective members and re-assessments of current members using the Uniform Assessment System (UAS) or other relevant department approved assessment tool; makes enrollment and continued eligibility determinations by utilizing clinical expertise and critical thinking skills. As needed, conducts telephonic/virtual assessments in settings other than home, e.g. skilled nursing facilities
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts, about 3 assessments per day
Location: Position is remote, but candidates must be able to come to Manhattan office for training and meetings as needed.
