Description
A client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Laptop Configuration Technician to help with the laptop setup efforts for the organization's internal employees. They will be responsible for configuring windows user profiles, providing telephone assistance when needed, and potentially training end users on the basics of Windows and Office applications.
Must Haves:
- Experience setting up laptops for new employees or new users
- Basic understanding of configuring Windows user profiles
- Excellent communication skills
