Being knowledgeable about maintaining, cleaning and preserving a wide variety of surfaces. Ability to follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Ability to take direction from lead staff. This position Is expected to average 40 hours a week and will qualify for the following benefits:Sick and Vacation pay up to 48 and 80 hours a year respectively - accrued based on hours worked.
