Hiring Description for Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

Current Openings:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Social Worker (LSW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A)
- Requirements:
- Must hold a current LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LMFT-A license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Ability to provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to clients across the lifespan.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
- Behavioral Assistance
- Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with children and adolescents aged 3-21.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement behavior management plans.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to coordinate care.
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- School-Based Programs Mental Health Clinician (Full-Time)
- Requirements:
- Must hold a current LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LMFT-A license.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong ability to engage with students, families, and school staff.
- Capacity to handle crisis situations and provide crisis intervention.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services within a school setting, including individual and group counseling.
- Develop and implement mental health programs tailored to the needs of the school community.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to create a supportive environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress and outcomes.
- Outpatient Group Counseling Mental Health Clinician
- Requirements:
- Must hold a current LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LMFT-A license.
- Minimum of two years of experience providing group therapy.
- Expertise in facilitating therapeutic groups for various populations.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and facilitate group therapy sessions for clients with diverse needs.
- Conduct pre-group assessments and create group treatment plans.
- Evaluate group dynamics and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential group notes and records.
