Job Description:

An eco-friendly product company in the Santa Clarita area is hiring an Administrative Assistant on a permanent basis. As the Administrative Assistant, you will work with the owner to manage schedules, coordinate projects, answer phones, and general office duties. This role is best for someone who enjoys working independently and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is predominately remote but candidates must be local to Santa Clarita for bi-monthly meetings in-office.


Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will be degreed with 1-2 years of experience, associate degrees are acceptable.
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of credit scores and reporting.
  • Previous experience with Google Suite and Microsoft office products a plus not a must.
