Brock & Gonzales, LLP, a plaintiff s employment and personal injury law firm is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of employment law experience to work in its Los Angeles or Westlake Village office.
Must be able to handle a case load of 20 or more cases at one time.
Job Duties:
Taking and defending depositions;
Legal research and writing;
Attend court appearances and oral arguments;
Regularly interact with opposing counsel and clients;
Participate in case strategy meetings;
Participate in negotiation and mediations; and
Ability to travel throughout California.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, thorough, have acute attention to detail and be able to work independently and with a team to produce top quality work product.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
