We are looking for a Activity Coordinator, to work for our Property Management Company for Senior Affordable Housing, which located in DowntownOakland Area. - This is an onsite position

Job Summary

We are looking for candidates who plans, implements and monitors activities programs to meet the specific needs of the senior residents, maintain and improve their health lives. Someone who loves to work with the Elderly and making them comfortable and happy.

Job Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Posting planned activities on monthly calendars and making ensuring the monthly calendar of events requirements are fulfilled.
  • Oversees the volunteer program, which includes finding, preparing, and monitoring volunteers
  • In charge of upholding resident program requirements
  • Oversees the budget, supplies, and equipment for the resident program.
  • Manage resident initiative
  • Accurately handles resident emergencies
  • Promoting and marketing the programs to comply with the regulation
  • Assign and maintain activity materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Cantonese and English requirement; able to speak and write effectively
  • High School Graduate or above education or health/social experience preferred
  • Must like to work with seniors and have empathy.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.83 - $26.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • HS Diploma or Higher

Experience:

  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
