Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Social Media Assistant to assist in managing our social media presence and engaging with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating engaging content for Talkishco's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and produce high-quality visuals and captions.
- Schedule and publish social media posts according to the content calendar. Ensure that posts are published at optimal times to reach our target audience and maximize engagement. Monitor post performance and adjust scheduling as needed.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for social media channels. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of our social media efforts and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and drive results.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
