- Paid relocation is available for the right candidate, however it should be noted that city listed is a very rural area, but candidate can be within a 45 minute commute. Match candidates accordingly please.

Summary: Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product
Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products
Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards
Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods
Day to Day: Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision
Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals
Supports continuous improvement/automation activities
Uses advanced analytical/technical problem solving to develop new solutions to existing problems/procedures
Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Background: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
