summary Resource MFG is currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a leader in the supply chain industry in the Nashville, TN area. This is a DIRECT HIRE position with competitive pay and benefits. Supervisor experience is required. Responsibilitiesof the Warehouse Supervisor include: Manage daily warehouse operations including the supervision of all employees and overall efficiency of the warehouse Communicate and engage with all team members regularly and gain feedback Consistently meet and/or exceed all performance metrics Manage employee attendance, schedules, time off, and ensure necessary approvals Complete daily checklists and escalate concerns Motivate employees to reach their target goals Resolve questions, concerns, facilitate meetings and provide feedback Address performance issues and manage communication, complete necessary paperwork and provide follow-up Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required required-skills: Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or prior experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations Knowledge of Microsoft Applications Experience in managing, leading, and coaching teams Ability to work independently Pay:This is a salaried position ranging in between $58,000 - $77,000 annually, based on previous experience and skills Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 40 hour work week This position may require additional work hours as needed If you are interested in the Warehouse Supervisor position in Nashville, TN, please apply now!
