Under the direction of the Client Service Coordinator,the designated Operations Coordinator, and the Support Services Manager, ClientService Representatives perform a variety of support services to thelaboratory. Depending on the area in which an individual is assigned forhis/her shift, the responsibilities vary.The job duties are listed below for Client Service Representatives.

Required:
- Requires intense attention andconcentration. Ability to handle several processes concurrently.Ability to deal with a wide range ofpersonalities. Basic computer skills.
Preferred:
- Medicalterminology preferred. Accurate typing skills, Hospital or physician officeexperience helpful.
