Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for disciplines, project teams and management
  • Responsible for document coordination processes
  • Manage files and processing of documents aligned with client processes
  • Receive documents from project team, vendors; route per client guidelines
  • Enter revisions and distribute per guidelines
  • Ensure transfer of engineering/construction documentation into client facility and/or engineering
  • Ensure documents are included in main library
  • Identify final documents and ensure they are included in project closeouts
Requirements

Qualifications/Education:
  • High School Diploma required
  • College Degree or Technical School Certification preferred
  • Minimum (3) years' experience in Records Management position
  • Experience working in EPC environment is preferred
  • Proficient utilizing MS Office Suite
  • Proficient utilizing EDMS platform
