This is an office position that supports our customers who have purchased machines and are having problems with them. This is in our call center in the Engineering department. We are looking for someone with mechanical and assembly experience/aptitude who can also provide customer service over the phone.
- Anyone who has worked in Assembly, Machine Shop, Sheet Metal who is looking to transition into an office setting.

Due to our continued growth, we have a Technical Service position available that will assist internal and external customers with product problems and take associated parts orders both on the phone and by email.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers with product problems through diagnostic means and process parts orders.
- Keep current with product knowledge. This may include spending time in assembly and the repair department.
- Occasionally assist with customer training, dealer conference, assisting engineering with product testing.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Electro mechanical aptitude enabling diagnostics and repair of basic food machine equipment.
- Basic understanding of a manufacturing Bill of Material
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring diagrams.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
