Responsibilities:

  • This position will combine customer service, sales and administrative assistance.
  • Support the sales team and service customer calls via telephone in an office environment.
  • Help facilitate the enrollment strategy outlined by the Account Manager to maximize enrollment success in our voluntary benefit program.
  • Communicate enrollment challenges and discuss creative solutions with the Account Manager and Sales Director.
  • Conduct educational enrollment sessions with client population.
  • Review, update, and distribute marketing materials to clients.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.


Secondary duties will include:
  • Administrative duties include data entry, data manipulation and document creation
  • Customer Service duties include call center/customer service calls.


Requirements:

  • Licensure or experience in Health/Life insurance.
  • Spanish speaking is preferred.
  • If required, travel to client sites and work within a variety of employer industries.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel Skills (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, v-lookups).
  • Conflict resolutions skills.
  • Must possess strong customer orientation and focus.
  • Ability to take direction from senior managers as well as work independently and proactively.
  • Must maintain integrity, courtesy and respect while interacting with clients and co-workers.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
  • Must have the ability to learn quickly and think creatively.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively using both verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
