Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and some of the Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and facilitating effective communication within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: - Manage the calendars of the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.

- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.

2. Meeting Coordination:

- Organize and coordinate leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

- Ensure meeting materials are prepared and distributed in advance.

3. Project Management:

- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.

- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.

4. Communication:

- Act as a liaison between the Leadership Team and internal/external stakeholders.

- Facilitate effective communication within the executive team and across departments.

5. Office Management:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.

- Handle confidential information with discretion.

6. EOS Implementation:

- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

- Support the Leadership Team in conducting quarterly and annual planning sessions.

- Help track key metrics and ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is highly desirable.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.

- High level of discretion and professionalism.
