Stoic Management Group is expanding across the Pennsylvania region, so we are looking for additional Customer Service Representatives to help manage growing client needs and assist both new and existing clients with the best products and sales services available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities As A Customer Service Representative:

  • Enthusiastically educate customers about our client's programs, services, and products to ensure they are fully informed
  • Exhibit open and interactive communication to connect with consumer accounts and initiate the sales and customer service processes
  • Maintaining necessary logs, lists, records, and current documentation required for new and existing customer accounts
  • Answer questions from customers regarding products and sales orders using information available from our telecommunications clients
  • Follow the enrollment eligibility criteria and process policy at all times
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Community Outreach Representatives to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue sales to achieve enrollment goals
Qualifications we look for in a Customer Service Representative:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is highly recommended
  • 1+ years of customer service, outreach, retail, or a client-focused environment is preferred
  • Passionate about identifying solutions to better the customer experience
  • Strong, active listening and sales presentation abilities
  • Driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under minimal supervision
