Job Description
Regional Support Representative.
Role Overview
Commute to various account sites in the Greater King of Prussia area to provide coverage
for accounts based on their needs.
Responsibilities
Mailroom services including shipping and receiving, office services including filing and reception, and device support including basic maintenance and toner replacement based on account coverage needs.
Ensure timely delivery of incoming packages and record deliveries.
Provide convenience care for various printing equipment at an assigned account including toner replacement, clearing jams, loading and delivering paper, assisting end-users, and placing service calls for malfunctioning copiers.
Monitor printing supplies and place orders to restock inventory. Occasionally report usage of printing equipment at client accounts.
Communicate with management about account changes and scheduling.
Qualifications
Please note: this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which includes COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19.
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus one year of related experience.
Ability to commute to various sites in the greater area (Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary.)
Flexible to change schedule/locations as needed. Ability to work OT as needed.
Great customer service and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to diverse work environments.
Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
Must be willing to learn new skills and interact with new teams regularly.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
