Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the selection, training, and daily performance of all employees within assigned area, to ensure that Guest-First Service and Safety Policies are being followed at all time.
  • Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operation of assigned Food Service outlets to produce maximum revenues while keeping costs within budgeted guidelines.
  • Assume department "in-charge" duties as assigned by senior management.
  • Play key role in the utilization of key financial instruments such as inventory and labor software
  • Enforce Safety, Health and Security rules
  • Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specific level
  • Cleaning and Organizing of all food service locations front and back of the house
  • Make sure all locations are up to Department of Health Standards and are maintained at all times
  • Handle all guest concerns quickly, professionally and effectively
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Organizational Relationship: Reports to Food & Beverage Manager .

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in the Food Service field, preferably in the Entertainment/Hospitality Industry
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to work well independently, without close supervision
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to detail and not losing sight of deadlines and objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel and Word)
  • Valid New York State Driver s License, and a clear driving record
