**About the Job**
We are now hiring Full time night drivers to haul building supplies and home goods in dry vans and flatbed trailers for our dedicated customer based in Holiday City, OH. Local drivers will deliver preloaded vans and/or flatbeds to customer locations for live unloading or drop and hook. Drivers shift start 3:00 PM and will work 12 to 14 hour shift as required, will average 1 to 2 loads per shift with 1 stop per load and are home daily.
* Multiple Night Shift Schedules Available
Drivers run 350-400 miles per day at .59 CPM or $22.50 per hour + OT- drivers choice!
Premium Pay for Quad Axle Trailers and Weekends

Drivers average $80k annually, with the top earners making over $100k in 2020

**Bonus Details**
Ruan recognizes the fact that switching companies can be stressful. Thats why we are offering a $10,000 in bonuses for fulltime drivers to make your transition seamless. Heres how it is paid out: $5,000 transition bonus that you can use after 90 days, and a $5,000 retention bonus that is paid in full after 6 months. (*Bonuses apply to full time employees only)

**Minimum Requirements**
* Must be at least 22 years or older
* No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
* No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
* Additional qualifications will apply
* One year of driving experience is required
* With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at before being hired
