Compensation $22.00 per hour with 55-60 average hours weekly Average weekly pay $1,210 - $1,320 Hours worked over 40 will be paid as straight time Other bonuses include: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus $500 Employee Referral Bonus $50 Level One Inspection Bonus Safety Bonus Up to $650/year Benefits & Perks Great company benefits starting on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 6 Paid Company Holidays Paid Time Off 1 week after 1 year; 2 weeks after 3 years 1 Day Orientation - Paid $96 Free Truck Washes - (2) a month Routes & Schedule Home Daily Monday through Friday - no weekends Shift: Will typically start around 1:00 pm Shift runs for 12 hours or until 12-loads are delievered Route: Drivers will haul 12 loads a night from PWD Indianapolis, IN terminal to Hillside Ave in Indianapolis, IN (30-minute drive there and back)Equipment Freightliner Cascadias 2017 and newer Automatic transmission trucks No slip seating!
