We are hiring Early Childhood Special Education Teachers in the West Covina Area for an immediate start. This role is full-time and can lead to opportunities for work as a full time school teacher. Zen Educate is looking for certified substitute teachers who are passionate about teaching and positively contributing to children s lives. This is a great opportunity to build experience and build relationships with multiple schools in your community. You will also gain exposure to a broad range of teaching styles and behavior management principles. Key Duties: Aid students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP) Use effective oral and written expression Assist in the ongoing curriculum articulation and review process Provide student progress reports Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning Maintaining a safe learning environment Works with individuals and/or small groups Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the students learning experiences and support them as needed Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university Early Childhood Special Education Preferred Requirements: Master's Degree Accredited Teacher Preparation Program Additional Requirements: Additional requirements include US Work Authorization.
