Junior Associate Real Estate

THE CLIENT
Our client is an AmLaw top 25 firm, well known for its emphasis on providing associates with flexibility and balance. Billable hour expectation is lower than most firms of its ranking and taking vacation time is required (and paid for) if you bill 200+ hours, 3 months in a row. Partnership opportunities are plentiful but the firm also provides alternative track options for those who aren t drawn to partnership.
THE POSITION
The firm is currently seeking a Real Estate Associate (partner-track) for its San Antonio office.
Candidates should have one to two years of transactional experience and a strong background in complex commercial real estate handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and prior work experience, preferably within an international law firm. Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the Texas Bar.
COMPENSATION
A good faith estimate of the base compensation range for candidates with the posted years of experience is $225,000- $235,000. This position is fully benefitted and bonus-eligible.
