Compensation: $80-85K+ depending on experience.
What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Manage day-to-day operations of properties within a managed portfolio of approximately 20-25 properties.
- Handle tenant maintenance requests, and capital improvements, manage budget, property inspections, AR/collections, financial reporting, and deal with third-party owners.
- Plan and execute various property projects while providing property reports and financials.
- After-hours on-call as scheduled (monthly)
- Site visit reports, variance reporting, and meetings with owners/clients (quarterly)
What you'll need to be considered (requirements): - Minimum of 5 recent, consecutive years running Shopping Center Properties.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple properties with job stability.
- Remote management experience (some properties are in other states).
- Designations: CPM or ACoM
