The Receptionist is the first face customers interact with upon entering the building. Must possess exceptional customer service skills. Qualifications: Required: Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, especially communication skills Must be able to read, write and speak and understand the English language Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize customer s needs Familiarity with computers and their functions Must be able to demonstrate impeccable follow-through Scheduling Requirements: Day Shift Mon- Fri- 8:30 am to 5 pm Full-Time Essential Functions: Greet all patients and visitors Produce Fast Pass for all visitor/vendors/patients Schedule Uber Health transportation for patients Provide patient comfort and emotional support Ability to use Martii phone to assist patients who do not speak English Assist patients to their destination as warranted, This may require wheelchair, oxygen, walkers Assist waiting patients with requests Promptly report any patien...Receptionist, Health, Customer Service, Healthcare, Patient
