Job Details

Responsible for aggressively promoting all products and all services, both externally to the marketplace and internally to our employees.


This senior leadership position shall have management responsibilities of all marketing personnel and a seat at the Leadership Management Team table, reporting directly to the owner. They will work hand in hand with the Sales and Production Managers to ensure that products are sellable and there is coordination between the marketing and sales message.


We are looking for a great manager with the ability to sell themselves and their ideas.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Fiduciary responsibility for all facets of marketing, from PPC to new ad/web design and show promotions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's visual and verbal identity, including logos, color schemes, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage brand equity, tracking brand health metrics and implementing strategies to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment with the brand strategy.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform brand decisions.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of branding initiatives and make data-driven decisions.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market research to inform branding decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for brand-building and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
