JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS GROWTH ADMINISTRATOR
To ensure success while growing and thriving through this "ground floor" opportunity, our BUSINESS GROWTH ADMINISTRATOR must:
Have excellent written and verbal skills in ENGLISH (Spanish is a plus).
Have very good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing and multi-tasking daily work schedules.
Be a dependable, even tempered team player, with a strong work ethic.
Have a solid computer background (Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva or AI, CRM project management software).
Be able to meet company expectations for:
- Quality of work
- Customer service
- Productivity
- Goal accomplishments

Office Operations, Work Process, and Project Administration:
One-time projects
Ongoing tasks
Sales, Marketing, and Social Media Campaign Management:
Consumers
B2B (REALTORs; Residential Property Managers)
Market Share Growth:
Strategies, Development, and Implementation

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
FULL TIME: Eight-hour workdays
Monday Friday (weekends as needed)
In person/ability to commute
Traditional office setting in the 92123 Kearney Mesa area.
PAY: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00+ per year
