The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries, invoicing and assisting the Sales Representatives with orders and quotes. Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information while maintaining good customer relationships. - Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services. - Create invoices from shipped orders. - Enter sales orders received via e-mail, web site or telephone into company ERP system. - Field customer questions and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer questions. - Assist Director of Sales and Sales Representatives in all related sales and customer activities. - Maintain and actively monitor dealer/distributor accounts. - Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
