The Graphics Associate we are hiring will enjoy working in a fast paced environment modifying existing artwork files to fit company templates and verifying artwork is set up correctly according to company guidelines. Along with strong computer skills (Adobe Suite, MS Office) you will also enjoy building customer relationships, possess a strong attention to detail and thrive on contributing to the company's success.
What you will be responsible for:
- Modify existing files to fit company templates, verifying the art is set up to the established guidelines
- Utilize color correction and manipulation
- Create proof and print files
- Communicate with customers and internal departments
- Manage personal order queue
- Required to have a competent knowledge of graphics, and a complete understanding of the company's products; including their features, benefits and specifications
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
What will you bring to the table (Skills/Experience Required):- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphics preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Proven working knowledge of Photoshop, In Design, Excel and Word
- Preferred knowledge of MS Navision and MS Outlook
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong ability to prioritize work
