Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Helper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Apply paint using various techniques such as airless paint spraying or hand brushing
- Use power tools and equipment to remove old paint, rust, or dents
- Perform minor repairs on vehicles, including auto glass replacement and buffing
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed in the painting area
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto painting or vehicle maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of auto restoration techniques and dealership standards is a plus
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to match paint colors accurately
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
