**Become a Help at Home Hero TODAY!**
As a Personal Care Attendant, you will work our personal care home with residents and support them with the following activities:
* Assistance with activities of daily living ( i.e. personal care, and meals)
* Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents, including: organization of resident belongings, resident rooms, and changing resident linens
* May provide medication administration ( as per certification)
* Encourage residents to participate in homes activities
* Handling general housekeeping task and meal preparation
* Support individual residents independence
* Transport resident(in homes van) to other areas of local community, physicians, and therapy appointments
* Observes residents and reports any changes in physical, psychological, and emotional well-being to administrator
Eligibility Requirements:
* High school Diploma or GED Remove or at least 5 years experience insert 2 year
* Previous caregiver experience
* Active CPR preferred
* Ability to follow written and oral instructions
* Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
* Access to insure and reliable transportation
* Dedicated to professional development, including organizational and state required training

****Hiring bonus eligibility is based on remaining an active employee for at least 30 days following the first shift, with at least 80 hours worked. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of reaching eligibility. New caregivers as well as previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home since prior to 1/1/2021 will be eligible for the bonus. Caregivers who are transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus. Q3Bonus*
