Overview:

We are looking for a Adminstiravie Assistant to join our team in Sedro Woolley, WA. The right candidate will have great organization skills, excel in customer service and can multitask in a busy office environment. If you have the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner this could be the right position for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.
  • Manages incoming mail and runs the UPS & FED EX equipment.
  • Provides support to HR with billings, invoices, and HR program administration
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
