Job Details- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, ABV, CVA, and/or ASA certifications preferred.
- Oversee valuation operations and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Engage with clients to define valuation purposes and scopes.
- Conduct company research, industry analysis, and financial modeling.
- Build and manage DCF models, CAPMs, and WACCs.
- Draft comprehensive business valuation reports.
- Develop client relationships and participate in business development activities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with BV database tools.
