The role will focus on establishing measurements and maintenance KPIs that prioritize PM losses within manufacturing increasing machine/equipment throughput. The Reliability Supervisor will coach and guide IPT Reliability Engineers and maintenance associates on the proper method and use of tools to eliminate waste and losses, pilot/model selection, audit preparation, PDCA journal activities, and provide direction for route map expansion, pillar score and demonstrate verifiable results. This role focuses on overall Maintenance Management System and is responsible for leading the implementation of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Reliability Pillar Methodology and Autonomous Foundational Aspect across the facility.
