Overview:
The Lead of Business Development will be responsible for spearheading our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in business development, and a deep understanding of the E-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business expansion in the US, familiar with the trend in the local market and the structure of product, especially in the fashion/sneaker industry. To improve user relationships and user stickiness through product precipitation. Monitor and analyze US market operation indicators and analyze the market.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and drive business growth.
- Lead the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure profitable deals and partnerships.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Knowledge of the E-commerce landscape and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay Range: $200,000-260,000 + annual bonus
