Overview
As a Casino Associate at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are responsible for ensuring the ongoing
smooth operation of RNG & Live Casino games & the Content Release Schedule. You will coordinate with
Customer Services, Engineering & External Game Providers to ensure that game related issues are
tracked, managed effectively & resolved in a timely manner. You will maintain the accuracy of game
related information & manage the placement of Casino content within the App against an agreed plan,
supporting the Casino Content & Operations Manager to ensure that all necessary approvals are
provided, allowing for the Content Release Schedule to be maintained. The salary for this position is $55,000-80,000/year based on relevant skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Manage SLM / Game ticketing with CS & 3rd Party Vendors to ensure game related issues are
resolved quickly
Coordinate with QA & Customer Services to ensure content is correct in-game prior to release,
working to resolve when issues arise
Support the management of the Internal Content Roadmap by collating & documenting relevant
information from 3rd Party Vendors
Maintain accuracy of game related data, information & documentation within internal systems
Support the Game Release Process by coordinating with Tech Compliance to provide all
necessary information to ensure the release approvals are granted
Coordinate with Creative Designers to ensure all necessary assets & creative are briefed in &
available in a timely manner
Coordinate with Promotions Team to test new products & optimize the Promo proposition
Assist in the documentation & maintenance of Operational Processes & Procedures
Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for
events, meetings, and team-building activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience
Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
Driven and ambitious to learn and develop a career within iGaming
Proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) or MS Office equivalents
Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results
Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and
geography to achieve shared goals
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is effective in a variety of
communication settings
Willingness to work some nights and weekends during busy periods of the sports calendar
You have an agile mindset; able to embrace new initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper-growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and
decisions are made quickly

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in Online Casino or Retail Casino preferred
