Company Overview:
Our client, a prominent fashion brand based in Culver City, is seeking a Wholesale Order Management Clerk to join their dynamic team.
Position Type:

Temporary to Hire
In-Office Requirement: Monday through Friday
Salary Range: $25 to $28 per hour (dependent on experience)

Essential Job Functions:
The Wholesale Order Management Clerk will oversee the entire order process, ensuring seamless coordination from order acceptance to invoicing. This role requires regular communication with sales, logistics, distribution, production, and external customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Manage the process from order receipt to allocation, shipping, and invoicing.
Data Entry: Accurately enter order details into the Blue Cherry ERP system, including quantities, ship dates, and pricing.
Reporting: Update and run allocation and Cut & Sold reports to monitor production and inventory.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve order management issues related to sales, production, and inventory discrepancies.
Order Tracking: Manage HFC/Bulk Orders from Sales Representatives.
International Invoicing: Support pack list verification for international orders.
Order Maintenance: Update orders within 24 hours and communicate any issues to internal teams and supervisors.
Coordination: Work with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order processing.
Customer Service: Handle routine and ad hoc requests related to sales, production, inventory, and logistics.
EDI Support: Assist with Gentran and Blue Cherry processing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ability to learn Blue Cherry ERP application.
Wholesale Sales Experience: At least one year preferred.
Blue Cherry Experience: Preferred but not required.
