They are a longstanding pillar of Northern California's healthcare community, having served the region for over 40 years. With a steadfast commitment to disease prevention and management, we are a trusted multispecialty medical clinic known for our patient-centric approach and dedication to delivering superior healthcare services. Our comprehensive range of medical services includes primary and chronic care, medical weight management, diabetes care, podiatry, endocrinology, sleep medicine, and adult and pediatric allergy, immunology, and internal medicine.

As we continue to expand to meet the diverse and growing healthcare needs of the region, we currently have 13 clinic locations, including 7 sleep centers. To further enhance our commitment to comprehensive care, we are now seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic and collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and provide treatment for a wide range of common medical conditions, offering compassionate and personalized care to our patients.
- Manage chronic conditions effectively, closely monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maintain optimal health and improve quality of life.
- Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, medications, and necessary lifestyle modifications. Empower patients to take an active role in their health journey.
- Conduct regular physical examinations to assess overall patient health, identify potential risk factors, and detect early signs of diseases or health issues.
- Prescribe and manage medications, carefully considering potential side effects, and adjust prescriptions as needed to ensure patient safety and effectiveness.
- Treat common acute illnesses, injuries, and infections, providing prompt and effective care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring continuity of care and seamless coordination with other healthcare providers involved in the patient's treatment.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the overall patient care and efficient functioning of the clinic.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree is required.
- Current Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid California Physician's license and DEA certificate is essential.
- Experience working in a modern office practice with an understanding of contemporary practice procedures is preferred.
- Demonstrated professionalism and effective communication skills in interacting with staff and patients.
- Fluency in conversational English is required, and Spanish language skills are highly preferred to serve our diverse patient population.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility with work schedules and availability to work at multiple site locations as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid California Driver's License, and current proof of automobile insurance coverage.
