Job Description
A leading global practice and high performing team is on the lookout for an associate possessing a minimum of two years of experience in technology transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a big law firm, and experience dealing with private offerings, venture capital, M&A or corporate transactions for technology companies. Our client is looking for candidates who are driven, have outstanding academic achievements, and possess exceptional communication skills.

Requirements
