Overseeing and managing the entire billing process.2. Generating invoices and account statements.3. Maintaining accounts receivable records and files.4. Conducting complex billing analysis and reporting.5. Assisting with month-end closing processes.6. Ensuring accuracy of billing data and resolving billing discrepancies.7. Collaborating with other finance team members to streamline and improve billing processes.8. Managing customer inquiries regarding billing issues.9. Participating in internal and external audits as needed.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must have:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a billing role within the finance industry.2. Proficiency in QuickBooks or equivalent financial management software.3.
