**POSITION PROFILE**

We are looking for a new Samples Warehouse Associate to jour our Edelman Leather team. General tasks and duties include:

* Receive, inspect and box leather

* Regularly pull and lift hides at 15-25 Lbs.

* Move hides in and out of appropriate Edelman Leather Systems locations

* Pull, sort and inspect hides to be cut for overnight deliveries

* Cut hides with cutting machine and dyes in dedicated cutting room

* Pull hides to be cut in 3x4, 5x5 and 8x8 for showrooms and boxes

* Cut by hand bigger samples formats for aircraft accounts, presentation kits and marketing events

* Make, fill and ship general sample and boxes

* Store sample in the appropriate bins and pegs

* Keep workroom and inspection table clean and organized daily

Required Skills

* Passion for natural products, knowledge of leather preferred

* Computer Skills, knowledge of ORACLE preferred

Required Experience

* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency
