Position Overview:
Are you passionate about having fun while providing an exceptional guest experience? If so, this role might be perfect for you! Reservations team members are responsible for duties such as greeting guests, selling merchandise, making reservations, answering mobile inquiries, and transporting guests to the park entrance.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison for all Guest needs from check in through check out through proactive and positive communications
- Manage reservation system, taking new reservations and modifying existing ones
- Stock shelves of store and process Guest purchases by operating a register, keeping all areas clean
- Facilitate Guest entertainment programming as required
- Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests
- Inspect campground locations including public areas
- Assist in campground cleanliness as required
- Other duties as assigned, including duties at the amusement park
Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems in a timely manner
- Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns
- Strong communications skills with a complete understanding of the English language
- Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
Working Conditions: - Requires standing for long periods and walking long distances within the park
- Exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat and cold temperatures
- Must be able to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Occasional bending, squatting and reaching above shoulders
