**Job Description**
Primary function is to receive and organize customer returns for final disposition. Order tools and material for the department and provide support to the production team as needed.
**Qualifications**
* Ensure adherence to all safety, quality and customer requirements
* Trains Group and Table Leads on procedures, methods, problem solving, quality requirements and safety with the help of the Shift Supervisor and Production Manager
* Maintains daily status of projects as assigned by the Production Manager
* Resolves inventory and receiving discrepancies
* Maintains inventory of essential production tools and support materials
* Stage returns and other inventory with the use of a sit down forklift
* Performs all other duties as assigned Competencies
* SAP
* Microsoft Office
* Multitasking
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Bilingual (a plus)
Education / Experience:
* Associates degree or equivalent work experience
* 2+ years receiving, material ordering and inventory experience
