CONTINGENT UPON AWARDING OF GOVERNMENT CONTRACT

The Security Escort is primarily responsible for escorting un-badged personnel in areas of the building closed to the public.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Security Escort shall follow all safety policies and when required wear the necessary personal protective equipment (reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, etc.).
  • Escort all un-badged personnel and contractors in areas closed to the public.
  • The Security Escort shall provide other physical security services as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
  • The Security Escort must have the ability to walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, push, pull, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and make repetitive motions.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Subject to internal and external working environments which may include extreme cold or heat for long periods of time.

Minimum/General Experience:
  • The Security Escort must have a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and the ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract
  • Minimum of two (2), preferably four (4), years of experience in security escorting, access control, military, or law enforcement.

Minimum Education:
  • High School Diploma
