As a Guest Relations/Customer Service Team Member at the Thrill Capital of New England...

**You'll contribute to our mission by:**

* Supporting the Six Flags Mantra -- Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service

* Talking with guests and answering questions regarding park policies and procedures

* Explaining pass and ticket information to guests

* Assisting with the communication of park information, polices, and procedures

* Resolving guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner

* Assisting guests with lost or misplaced season passes and operating the Six Flags Season Pass database

* Completing all required paperwork accurately

* Providing local area information and directions to guests

* Handling sales transactions as needed

* Assisting with VIP Tours

**You'll do it with your:**

* Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office and Windows OS are required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety

* Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner

* Analytical problem solving skill

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Sense of fun

* Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address guest concerns

* Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language

**You'll know you're ready if you are:**

* Willing to work in a high performance team environment

* Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.

* Excellent verbal communication skills

* Able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language

* 18 years old or older
